Charles was no-nonsense in the pricing and sale. We feel like we got a great deal on exactly what we wanted with no hassle. The service I got at Breakaway Honda was excellent. Everyone was efficient, kind, and honest. The service was a large factor in my decision to buy my car from there. Ray Adams was the salesperson who helped me. He never seemed pushy or rushed, and he knew a lot about the cars. Buying the car was a pleasant experience.

Geno and Breakaway Honda both provided a wonder experience. We drove from Charleston to Greenville because of the price and most importantly the customer service. I would say if you are looking for a Honda, call Geno Williams and Breakaway Honda! I called a three state region and couldn't find a better dealership! I will return for my next car!

I am a returning customer of Breakaway Honda in Greenville, SC. While in school I purchased a new 2006 Honda Civic from Jay Crider. At that time I was a 27 year old returning college student and wanted to buy my first car by my self. I never felt pressured or like I was being misled. That is why, 3 years later, I returned to Breakaway Honda and asked for Jay Crider again. He spent 5 hours with me in which I went from a used 2008 Honda Accord, to 2009 Honda Accord and then finally deciding on a 2009 CRV. During this time, again, I never felt pressured, hassled, or like I was being taken advantage of. I felt like every question I had was respected and answered with heartfelt honesty. I recently bought an '09 Honda Crv EX-L- black with tan leather interior. I traded my '02 Nissan Altima, and Breakaway gave me a great deal! Marco Hernandes was super to work with. He has a great personality and wasn't a bit pushy, which I truly appreciated! He was accomodating, helpful, and answered all of our questions. We had laughs and felt totally relaxed. Matt did my paperwork and couldn't have been nicer! I was blown away by being told that when I bring my CRV in for the first check at 1,000 miles, I will get a massage and manicure! Talk about service! I thought Marco was pulling my leg, but he said he was not. The people were great, and the car is fabulous! It has nice pick-up, takes corners smoothly, and looks sleek-even sexy! My son, who has bought 2 Honda Accords from Breakaway is going to be shocked that his almost 50 year old Mom has such a hot ride! I'd recommend Breakaway to anyone. If you want a delightful salesman, ask for Marco to show you around.

Breakaway Honda is an exceptional dealership for sales as well as service. We just purchased our third vehicle from them and as always had a very pleasant experience. Jay Crider, our sales associate, is extremely knowledgeable on all the Honda models and never once pushed us to make a quick decision. He allowed us to drive all the different vehicles until we were ready to make our purchase. Jay also provided fair pricing upfront via email and always returned phone calls promptly. We were also impressed with the financing process. Matt, the finance associate, provided us with an easy-to-understand breakdown of costs and available add-ons. As seems to be Breakaway's philosophy, he presented some options but never pressed us to purchase high dollar extras. With the addition of an excellent service department that we have used for 4+ years, we will continue to bring our business to Breakaway.

In the past I purchased a 2004, and 2006 Pilot from Breakaway Hoda. I purchased a 2008 also but had to go to a different dealership because I received a better deal.
This time, in purchasing a new 2010 Pilot, the team was dedicated to ensure that I did not go to another dealership. the Sales people, Darryl & Ricky, the Sales Manager, Dale, and Jack, of finance, were excellent. It was truly "hassle-free car shopping"

My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Civic LS from Breakaway Honda. Our sales person was Mr. Ted Kaufman. We are very pleased with our purchase and with the service received at the time. Mr. Kaufman greeted us and allowed us to look. He was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. He allowed us to compare features of the models we liked and did not push us in to spend more than we had intended. He accompanied us on a test drive and even found a rural road where I was comfortable to try the car of our choice. ( I am older and choose not to drive in large urban areas).
Mr. Kaufman's courtesy continued though out the course of the sale. We actually enjoyed our time at Breakaway and did not feel pressured, rushed, or overwhelmed. We look forward to enjoying many years of excellent service from our car and the Breakaway employees.

Our new 2010 Oddyssey purchase was a pleasant experience, as was our previous two new vehicle purchases from Breakaway Honda.
